Directions: Applying: Clean and dry your dentures. Apply small amount of Polident Adhesive Cream in short stripes. Rinse mouth before inserting dentures. Hold your dentures firmly in place and bite for 1 minute to secure. Removing: Rinse mouth with warm water. Rock dentures gently froms ide to side in a rocking motion. Remove adhensive residue by brushing gently with soft toothbrush in warm water. Soak dentures in Polident Cleanser for a more effective cleanse.
