Payment Policy

SingHealth Pharmacare website only accepts Visa/Mastercard. 

Cash on Delivery and Cheque payments are not supported.  

All purchasers at SingHealth Pharmacare website agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use. Please read the Terms of Use before proceeding with an order.  

For any orders pending payment due to payment failure, timeout session etc, orders will be cancelled if payments are not received within 24 hours of order creation. For cancelled orders, an email notification will be sent to the registered email address.
