ORTOPAD is an occlusion patch used in orthoptic treatments of amblyopia and strabismus. It is made of a soft coloured bamboo non-woven fabric in 5 different designs, with soft textured accents. This comfortable and ecological material is resilient and allows the skin to breathe. The shape of the occlusion patch adapts perfectly to the area around the eye. The central pad is made of a soft and fine material, inside which there is a photo-absorbent shield that prevents the filtration of light which is very important for the efficacy of the treatment. The hypoallergenic adhesive, with no solvents or natural rubber latex, is indicated for gentle removal from sensitive and delicate skin, even in cases of prolonged use.
