UrgoClean Ag is a sterile, non-woven pad made of soft adherent TLC - Ag Healing Matrix and poly absorbent fibers, two unique technologies clinically proven in randomised controlled trials. It combines anti-microbial efficacy with wound cleaning power to fight local infection. UrgoClean Ag is indicated for the local treatment of wounds at risk or with signs of local infection, including wounds that are exudative. The TLC - Ag Healing Matrix is fast acting and works from 30 minutes ​on main strains​, and are effective against antibiotic resistant strains such as MRSA, VRE. It has anti-biofilm activity, which prevents microbes from forming colonies and reducing the efficacy of anti-microbials. This unique techology combines the pain free dressing change and wound protection that the TLC protection is known for together with anti microbial activity of silver. The poly absorbent fibers deliver a complete and cotninuous cleaning action, trapping slough and absorbs exudate, keeping a clean wound ideal for wound healing.

Product Directions:

Product can be cut to fit various wound shapes and depths, and can be combined with other secondary dressings to manage higher exudate levels if necessary. Can be used under compression therapy. Change dressing every 7 days or as per required.
